Returns and Cancellations

At Bit & Boom, we want you to have a positive shopping experience.

If you change your mind about an online purchase, you may have the right to cancel your order under applicable UK consumer law. In most cases, you have 14 days from the day after receiving your goods to notify us that you wish to cancel.

After notifying us, you generally have a further 14 days to return the goods. Certain exceptions may apply under the law.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us at bitandboom@gmail.com. Include your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs may help us assess the situation.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected by this policy.

Refunds

Once a return or cancellation has been approved, refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer law. Where required, refunds will be made using the original payment method.

Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

Return arrangements and responsibility for return postage will depend on the circumstances and applicable consumer law. Please do not send items to an address without receiving return instructions from us.
